JOB SUMMARY                                                                            

The Promotions  Drivers is responsible for the efficient and effective transporting of equipment, inventory and items to and from events and marketing sites, assisting with the set up and re-packing of displays to support the organizations marketing efforts.

 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load, transport, and delivery of products to clients or businesses in a safe, timely and efficient manner.
• Reviewing of orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete.
• Assisting with loading and unloading products from vehicles.
• Adherence to assigned routes schedules.
• Adherence to the Company’s Motor Vehicle Policy and Regulations whilst adhering to the laws that governs the operations of motor vehicles
• Preparation of reports, logs and other documentation relating to deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Check-off inventory and supplies received to ensure accuracy and tracking of supplies necessary to support the needs of the Promotions and Marketing Department operations.
• Conduct physical counts and reconcile with inventory data records to ensure secure storage of assets and submit reports confirming records, including any variances.
• Arrange travel routes and schedules to effectively and efficiently ensure itinerary deadlines are met; manage time and have alternative routes plans; stay mindful of weather conditions when driving to a site/event.
• Assist the promotions team as required with event set up and re-packing of displays at events and marketing sites.
• Any other related duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 CXC subjects inclusive of Mathematics & English
• Excellent Customer Service  Skills
• At least 2 year experience as a Delivery Driver

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

•  Open general Driver Licence
• Unquestionable integrity and trustworthiness.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
