Project Sales Associate

Purpose of the Role

To support the achievement of sales and profitability targets by maintaining and enhancing H&L client experience standards through a trained and engaged front-line team.

Principal Responsibilities

• Effectively guide the daily execution of H&L’s Selling Standards to convert interactions to sales.

• Assist with supervision of client service staff and store assistants.
• Lead and coach front-line staff to ensure continuous quality client interaction.
• Support the onboarding programs for the new front-line team members.
• Support the resolution of customer complaints to deliver an effective resolution.
• Support the maintenance of merchandising standards (product availability, pricing, shelf cleanliness, etc.)
• Provide technical support for the clients by highlighting the features and benefits of products.
• Provide prompt and consistent support to ensure the front-line branch team’s awareness and adherence to established policies and practices.
• Support the check-off cashiers and submission of Cashout reports daily.
• Advise frontline teams of promotions and sales initiatives.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Diploma in Business Administration or its equivalent
• At least two (1) years’ experience at the supervisory level
