Human Resource Manager
Core responsibilities of this individual will include:
Coordinating end-to-end hiring process.
Analyse workforce trends and collaborate with department heads for future staffing needs.
Identify training requirements and develop programs to enhance employee skills and service standards.
Conduct onboarding sessions for new staff to the business.
Lead initiatives in organizational development, workforce planning, and employee retention.
Carry-out performance review systems and provide support in employee objectives.
Manage employee grievances and conflicts, to provide a consistent resolution.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
Ensure adherence to local employment laws and regulations.
Oversee payroll processing and compensation structures.
Administer benefits programs and liaise with external vendors.
Participate in strategic planning with the management team, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Promoting a supportive and open-door policy environment.
Minimum Qualifications – Education and Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.
4-5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Ability to forge and maintain relationships at all levels of the business.
