We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our engineering service projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of service fulfillment operations, and exceptional leadership abilities
Responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of engineering service projects, ensuring operational efficiency, on-time execution, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong project management capability, service fulfillment expertise, and effective leadership across cross-functional teams.
Plan, execute, and close engineering service projects in line with scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements, using appropriate project management methodologies.
Drive operational improvements within service fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and timely communication on project status, risks, and issues.
Lead and motivate project teams, offering guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
Identify project risks and operational issues, develop solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
Proven experience delivering projects successfully within an engineering or service environment.
Strong knowledge of service procurement and fulfillment processes, including category management, PTP/P2P, and PO management.
Solid understanding of end-to-end operations and process optimization.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
PMP, RDPM, or PLDP certification preferred.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
