Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion.

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with business objectives.

• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

• Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.

• Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present regular status reports on project performance to senior management.

• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and safety guidelines.

• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an asset).

• Minimum 5 years of proven project management experience in construction, operations, IT, or related industries.

• Must have a valid driver's license and own a reliable motor vehicle.

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional)

• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
