Qualifications & Required Skills: 

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering (preferred)
• PMP certification or equivalent (preferred)
• Up to 5 years’ experience in project-related roles
• Proven ability to manage projects of moderate value and complexity
• Working knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to analyze risk, manage issues, and forecast costs and timelines
• Knowledge of budgeting, financials, and benefit realization
• Experience with scheduling, metrics, and project documentation

 Responsibilities & Duties: 

• Plan and execute projects with moderate value and complexity
• Manage project scope, timelines, and risks using fact-based metrics
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver value
• Facilitate early-stage project planning and joint client sessions
• Develop integrated project plans and manage performance
• Set quality standards and oversee documentation delivery
• Track and manage project budgets and operational risks
• Raise and resolve minor project issues, escalating when necessary
• Support forecasting of schedules and costs with guidance when needed
• Identify alternative approaches using industry trends and insights
