The Project Coordinator supports the project team with monitoring project progress and performance and providing status reporting.

Job Summary:

• The Project Coordinator supports the project team with monitoring project progress and performance and providing status reporting. This involves tracking deliverables, coordinating activities at all levels of the project team, project document management and facilitating project meetings.

Job Description:

• Work with project managers on project outcomes.
• Assist the project manager with project close activities.
• Manage project documentation and project site requirements.
• Ensure that project deliverables satisfy project requirements.
• Track project deliverables using project management tools.
• Support the project team by monitoring project progress and performance and providing project status reporting.
• Facilitate project meetings, project communication, and status reporting.
• Ensure that project requirements are properly communicated to and understood by the project team.
• Review project forecasting for in-progress projects.
• Provide project manager with data and project analysis.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology or a similar/related field.
• 5 years’ experience in creating project documents, scheduling project activities and providing project management support.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Project (Intermediate)
• Microsoft SharePoint (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Visio (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Teams (Intermediate)
