Production Supervisor (UNIBEV)

Unibev Limited (PORTLAND) invites suitably qualified applicants to fill the position of:

 PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

KEY COMPETENCIES

• B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Operations management or related discipline
• At least two years’ experience in a factory environment (preferably food manufacturing) with an understanding of the applicable health and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple production operations
• Ability to manage large teams [>50 persons]
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Knowledge of production planning would be an asset
• Knowledge of SAP Inventory System would be an asset

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver production output within budget and in compliance with applicable governance standards and GMP.
• Comply with all Quality and Safety Procedures
• Schedule manpower to maximize production efficiency
• Comply with all standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Will be required to work on shift and weekends as needed
