Macs Pharmaceuticals and Cosmetics 05 Limited is seeking to recruit a suitable person to fill the position of Production Manager.

The applicant will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing and packaging processes, supervising the staff in the production department, and ensuring optimal efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as production manager
• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance (e.g., MOH, FDA)
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Proficient in MS Office and Statistical software
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
• Attention to detail
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
