About Us:
KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is a dynamic delivery center supporting KPMG United States. We are expanding our Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SSP) operations with a new Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. This team plays a vital role in ensuring supplier compliance and risk mitigation across the supplier lifecycle.
Your Role:
As a TPRM Support Officer, you will be the backbone of our risk management operations. You’ll work within the OneTrust platform to facilitate due diligence, monitor supplier compliance, and manage third-party risks. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring high standards and seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess TPRM applicability and manage supplier records in OneTrust.
- Support completion and refresh of Inherent Risk and Due Diligence Questionnaires.
- Track and resolve pre- and post-contract risks.
- Conduct Sentinel checks and obtain necessary approvals.
- Provide responsive support to business stakeholders and TPRM managers.
- Recommend updates to process documentation and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in risk, compliance, IT, or legal roles.
- Prior exposure to Third Party Risk Management or eGRC systems preferred.

Special Conditions:
- Hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home in Jamaica and being in the office. You will be required to spend a minimum of five days each month in the office, though this number may increase depending on business needs.
- Expected to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
- Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to perform activities and communicate.
