Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for procurement operations and system optimization? KPMG JESS is seeking a Procurement System Support Specialist to support our U.S. member firm’s Strategic Sourcing Procurement (SSP) operations through the innovative “Front Door” intake system.


As a key member of our delivery center, you’ll be the go-to expert for Front Door and ServiceNow platforms, helping streamline procurement processes, resolve routing issues, and drive continuous improvement.


What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and triage ServiceNow submissions, ensuring prompt and accurate routing of procurement requests.
• ​Lead Category Manager assignments and ensure SLA compliance.
• ​Deliver exceptional customer service, making the intake process seamless and user-friendly.
• ​Provide real-time support to SSP Category Managers and assist with misrouted requests.
• ​Identify and resolve system/process gaps to enhance operational efficiency.
• ​Report on improvement initiatives and support continuous process optimization.
  

What We’re Looking For:
Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• ​Minimum 3 years’ experience in procurement or purchasing.
  

Must-Have Competencies:

Time Management: Prioritize tasks, respond in real time, and escalate issues effectively.
Communication: Listen actively, simplify complex information, and adapt communication styles.
Collaboration & Teamwork: Work cross-functionally with Operations, Category Management, and TPRM teams.
Stakeholder Management: Build strategic relationships and serve as the primary contact for Front Door processes.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of procurement systems and process analysis.

• Hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home in Jamaica and being in the office. You will be required to spend a minimum of five days each month in the office, though this number may increase depending on business needs. 
• Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
