Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, equipment, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and manage supplier relationships to ensure high performance and compliance with company standards.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to ensure value for money.
Cost Optimization & Budget Management
Monitor procurement budgets and cost-saving initiatives.
Track market trends and perform cost analysis to ensure competitive procurement practices.
Implement strategic cost-reduction plans without compromising quality or service.
Inventory & Demand Planning
Collaborate with Demand Planning and Inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (production, sales, warehousing) to align procurement plans with demand forecasts.
Risk & Compliance Management
Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Manage procurement risks including supplier disruptions, quality issues, and price volatility.
Operational Efficiency
Use ERP systems for purchase order creation, tracking, and reporting.
Monitor supplier KPIs and performance metrics (OTIF, lead time, quality).
Lead supplier audits and regular performance reviews.
