About Us:

KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS) is a dynamic delivery center contracted to support KPMG United States. We’re expanding our Strategic Sourcing Procurement (SSP) operations with a new Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) team. This team plays a critical role in ensuring supplier compliance and risk mitigation across the supplier lifecycle.


Role Overview:

As a TPRM Assistant Officer, you’ll support the US TPRM Operations team by managing third-party risk processes end-to-end within the OneTrust platform. You’ll be a key liaison between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring compliance, managing due diligence, and driving issue resolution—all while delivering exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine TPRM applicability and manage supplier records in OneTrust.
  • ​Complete and refresh Inherent Risk and Due Diligence Questionnaires.
  • ​Document and address pre- and post-contract risks.
  • ​Support risk logging, issue management, and Sentinel checks.
  • ​Engage stakeholders to accelerate TPRM requirements and approvals.
  • ​Provide guidance and support throughout the supplier lifecycle.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree required.
  • ​Minimum 6 months’ experience in risk, compliance, IT, or legal roles.
  • ​Prior exposure to Third Party Risk Management or eGRC systems preferred.

  • ​Serve as a key contact for TPRM inquiries and reporting.

  • Analyze business processes to identify improvements.
  • ​Coordinate effectively with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.


Special Conditions:

  • Hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between working from home in Jamaica and being in the office. You will be required to spend a minimum of five days each month in the office, though this number may increase depending on business needs. 
  • Expected to work in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
  • Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to perform activities and communicate.
