GCG is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support our pricing and menu development processes within our airline servicing operations

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to support our pricing and menu development processes within our airline servicing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring our pricing models are accurate, competitive, and aligned with customer specifications and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, Excel proficiency, and experience in pricing-related activities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete pricing build-up templates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with operational and financial inputs.
  • Support menu presentations to airline clients by capturing action items and client feedback.
  • Prepare and maintain menu specifications, ensuring all client and internal updates are accurately reflected.
  • Conduct pricing reconciliations to verify pricing consistency between various data sources and financial systems.
  • Ensure pricing databases and documents are kept current, organized, and audit-ready.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal pricing reports and analysis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a pricing, finance, data analysis, or business operations role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with pricing software or ERP systems.
  • Exposure to client-facing activities or commercial support functions.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is an asset but not required.
