Our client is seeking to onboard a Planning & Projects Engineer / Technician  on   Contract 

Overview

Seeking a Planning & Projects professional to support maintenance planning and project coordination. Operates within a multidisciplinary team to develop and enhance maintenance workflows, process maps, and planning systems. Required to support corrective, preventative, predictive, and outage maintenance activities while ensuring alignment with operational standards, safety requirements, and business objectives

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance plans and schedules
• Coordinate maintenance and project activities
• Support and implement Management of Change processes with proper risk assessment
• Develop maintenance procedures using OEM manuals and industry standards
• Ensure work packages include job plans, resources, risk assessments, and materials prior to scheduling
• Support outage planning
• Track project progress

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in maintenance planning within a power plant or heavy industry,  three (3) years at a supervisory level
• Technician Minimum twelve (12) years’ experience in planning within a plant or heavy industry, including at least five (5) years at a supervisory level
• Experience in industrial environments preferred
