Electrical / Instrumentation Engineer / Technician – Contract Employment

Overview

Our client is Seeking an Electrical or Instrumentation professional to support maintenance and technical operations. Responsible for a multidisciplinary team to support corrective, preventative, predictive, and outage maintenance activities. Be required to develop methodologies, procedures, and process improvements ensuring alignment with operational standards, safety requirements, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support electrical and instrumentation maintenance
• Assist in troubleshooting and system improvements
• Plan and coordinate electrical and instrumentation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective execution
• Track and manage refurbish spares processes from removal to reinstallation
• Review technical drawings and documentation
• Support testing and inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (IEEET)
• Minimum ten (10) years’ experience in E&I systems, including at least seven (7) years at an engineering or supervisory level
• For technician Minimum twelve (12) years’ experience in  plant or heavy industry, including at least five (5) years at a supervisory level
• Experience with control systems and electrical equipment
