Photographer/Videographer

As a key member of the Creative Team, the role requires photography and videography skills to shoot and edit fast-paced content that authentically represents the Tobago Beyond brand across campaigns, social media, digital marketing, and events.

JOB SUMMARY

As an essential member of the Agency’s Creative Team, the incumbent will possess photography and videography skills and thrives working in a fast-paced environment, shooting as well as editing content to accurately reflect the Tobago Beyond… brand for marketing collateral including advertising campaigns, social media initiatives, digital marketing and event content.

Destination Marketing Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creates all marketing and all promotional photographs/videos for advertising campaigns, new business and digital media requirements.
• Captures high quality event content, capturing brand-friendly moments both candid and, on some occasions, staged.
• Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of output.
• Curates a strong gallery of aspirational images and video content which will be used to reflect the Tobago Beyond… brand in marketing and press.
• Uploads photographic content and videos to a database from which they can be easily retrieved by relevant departments.
• Assists the marketing team with achieving creative, marketing objectives.
• Coordinates all activities and materials supporting each photographic and video shoot project.
• Remains up to date on video and photography trends to ensure that the Agency is at the forefront of content.
• Participates in press and marketing meetings.
• Adheres to the Agency’s Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
• Adheres to the Agency’s Procurement Policy and procedures.
• From time to time, performs other job-related tasks assigned, beside those set out in the Job Description.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Associate Degree or equivalent training in Photography.
• Three (3) years’ relevant experience.
• In-depth photography and videography portfolio.
• Graphic design experience will be considered an asset.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Excellent ability to operate within the digital environment, using standard editing and software.
• Basic knowledge of Intellectual Property Law would be an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrates excellence with detail.
