About the Role:
An experienced Office Manager is seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to support with a mix of office-related tasks (from home) and occasional personal/home organization duties. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of two working days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to emails and manage basic correspondence
Contact and follow up with suppliers
Assist with organizing personal spaces
Possibly run errands as needed
Use Microsoft Excel and Word for basic administrative tasks
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Availability for at least 2 days per week
Reliable internet connection and a device suitable for remote work
Bonus Skills (Not Required but an Asset):
Familiarity with technology and/or social media
A valid driver’s license
Compensation:
Starting at approximately $500 per hour (negotiable) depending on experience and capabilities.
