Royalton Chic Antigua is seeking a dynamic and passionate People and Culture Manager to lead our HR initiatives, foster an engaging workplace environment, and ensure an exceptional guest and employee experience. This role is vital in shaping the organizational culture, attracting top talent, and supporting staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals and values.
  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to build a high-performing team.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with Royalton’s brand standards.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and hotel policies.
  • Drive performance management processes and recognition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to foster a motivating and engaging work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Support wellness and employee engagement programs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in HR or People & Culture roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
