Overview:
Royalton Grenada is seeking a proactive and experienced Learning & Development Manager to design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs across departments and develop tailored training programs to meet organizational goals.
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions for new hire onboarding, skills enhancement, leadership development, and guest service excellence.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create development plans.
• Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and hotel brand standards through ongoing training initiatives.
• Manage external training vendors and partnerships when necessary.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in hospitality training and development.
• Support a culture of learning and professional growth within the organization.
• Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training, learning & development, or a related role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and instructional skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to develop engaging training content and adapt to diverse learning styles.
• Knowledge of training evaluation methods and tools.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.
