Dolphin Cove Jamaica is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Payroll Supervisor to oversee our payroll functions for a defined contract period.

Payroll Administration:
  • Directly manage the end-to-end processing of fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles for all park staff.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure all 2025 statutory deductions (NIS, NHT, Education Tax, PAYE) are accurately calculated, filed, and paid on time.  System Oversight: Update and maintain the computerized payroll system, including new hires, salary adjustments, and terminations.
  • Reporting: Prepare monthly payroll registers, sub-ledger reconciliations, and annual statutory returns (P45, P24).
Required Qualifications and Experience: 
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fiel (e.g., ACCA Level II or CAT Level 3).
  • Experience: At least 3–4 years of experience in payroll services at a supervisory level, preferably within the tourism or hospitality sector. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with Jamaican payroll software (e.g., MyHR+ or Bizpay).
Knowledge: 
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Income Tax Act and Jamaica's statutory reporting requirements. How to Apply
