The Payroll Administrator processes weekly/monthly payroll, manages employee data, ensures statutory compliance, handles attendance and benefits, prepares reports, supports accounting, upholds accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication

 Education

  • B.Sc., Associate Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or a related field of study
  • CAT/ACCA modules or Payroll-related certification will be an asset

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum three – five year’s prior experience in payroll processing
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Multitasking
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to professionally address any payroll related queries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word and Excel
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain employee payroll data and ensure statutory deductions are compliant (NIS, PAYE, Health Surcharge, etc.)
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare reports for management
  • Manage timecards, attendance data, and overtime summaries
  • Prepare NIS benefit claim forms and Workmen’s Compensation submissions
  • Support financial reporting and accounting reconciliations
  • Ensure payroll documentation is properly filed, confidential, and easily retrievable
  • Liaise with internal business units and external agencies for payroll and benefit matters
  • Uphold company standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
