• A professional certification is an added advantage.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating all procurement activities.

• Developing and updating procurement strategies.

• Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for best value.

• Managing purchasing requisitions, orders, and tender documents.

• Ensuring timely delivery and proper record-keeping.

• Managing the vendor database and assessing vendor performance.

• Ensuring compliance with procurement laws and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with finance and operations teams as needed.
