General Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect and verify payroll source information.
  • Review, reconcile, and resolve pay discrepancies.
  • Request off-cycle payments when needed.
  • Ensures payroll functions comply with all laws within jurisdictions where business is conducted.
  • Responds to department and employee questions regarding payroll hours
  • Fulfil employees’ requests, i.e., confirmation of earnings, pay statements, etc.
  • Provides payroll reports as required.
  • Provides supporting documentation to the Finance Department as required.
  • Enter payroll journals.
