The Patient Coordinator is the principal contact to the business and is a lead member of the team that ensures that the business moves forward according to the priorities and principles of the organization.

organization.

As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
  • Identifying customers’ needs, ensuring the delivery of our client’s overall customer experience promise.
  • Proactively building genuine relationships selling our services while supporting our team to ensure the full customer life cycle.
  • Meeting targets and maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions in our system all with a friendly touch and a team attitude.
  • Handling inbound and outbound sales, scheduling interactions, acting as a direct contact for all post consultation inquiries.
  • Organize payments with patients as well as prepare receipts and generate invoices
  • Communicate with insurance on behalf of patients for preauthorization and payment receipt
  • Effective patient follow up, maintaining detailed records, ensuring that patients are prepared for their procedures in a warm, well-spoken and calm demeanour.
Qualification & Skill Requirements
  • At least an Associate Degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, customer service or administration.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Must be a friendly, persuasive and sales-oriented person.
  • Must have strong customer experience background and a professional mindset.
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
