We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in the fast-growing solar energy industry. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, from initial inquiries to post-installation service.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in the fast-growing solar energy industry. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, from initial inquiries to post-installation service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about solar products, installation timelines, billing, warranties, and service support.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, installation, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Track and document customer interactions using company’s software.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Educate customers on solar system performance, monitoring tools, and energy savings.
  • Handle complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Stay up to date on company offerings, solar industry trends, and utility regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5 CSEC subjects(Math & English included)
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathetic, patient, and able to manage challenging situations professionally.
