Part-time Social Media Officer

Zip 103 FM is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Officer to support our digital presence on a part-time basis.

• Plan and schedule weekly content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube)
• Create engaging captions, visuals, and hashtags aligned with brand voice
• Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and audience interactions
• Track and report on social media performance and key insights
• Provide live social media coverage at selected events (as required)
• Stay updated on trends and suggest creative content ideas
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote programmes, promotions, and partners

• 2–3 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Good understanding of social media trends, tools, and analytics
• Knowledge of Jamaican pop culture and current trends is an asset
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Part-time role (3 days per week)
• May require occasional evenings, weekends, or event coverage
