PROJECT SALES REPRESENTITIVE

POSITION: Fulltime

JOB OBJECTIVE

The Project Sales Representative is responsible for engaging potential and existing clients, preparing contract documentation for residential and commercial projects. The role requires a balance of technical construction knowledge and strong sales acumen to drive business growth while ensuring cost-effective project planning and execution.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and propose suitable construction solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Draft, review, and finalize contractual documents, including agreements and payment schedules.
  • Ensure all estimates comply with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Participates in Social Media Content Creation under direction of the Marketing team

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in project initiation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution strategies.

JOB SPECIFICATION/COMPETENCIES

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Marketing & Sales
  • (having certification in project management would be an asset)

Required Experience:

  • At least three (3) years of experience Marketing & Sales
  • Proven knowledge of construction materials, costs, and market trends.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
