PROJECT SALES REPRESENTITIVE
POSITION: Fulltime
JOB OBJECTIVE
The Project Sales Representative is responsible for engaging potential and existing clients, preparing contract documentation for residential and commercial projects. The role requires a balance of technical construction knowledge and strong sales acumen to drive business growth while ensuring cost-effective project planning and execution.
KEY FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Client Engagement & Sales
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and propose suitable construction solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Draft, review, and finalize contractual documents, including agreements and payment schedules.
- Ensure all estimates comply with industry regulations and company standards.
- Participates in Social Media Content Creation under direction of the Marketing team
Project Planning & Coordination
- Assist in project initiation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure alignment between estimates and execution strategies.
JOB SPECIFICATION/COMPETENCIES
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing & Sales
- (having certification in project management would be an asset)
Required Experience:
- At least three (3) years of experience Marketing & Sales
- Proven knowledge of construction materials, costs, and market trends.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
