Programme Development Manager
The Programme Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation of the organizational policies and guidelines for the conception, development and growth of the programmes of the National Association in accordance with the policies of SOS KDI. The PDM ensures quality service in the local programme aiming to prevent the loss of parental care, the implementation of quality care alternatives for children and adolescents who have been separated from their families and quality family strengthening and community engagement programmes.
Required qualifications
5 years working experience in a similar field, preferably at the executive level in an NGO;
Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Community Development, Public Policy and Planning, or related discipline in the Social Sciences.
