PHARMACY SALES REPRESENTATIVE & MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Overview

We are a growing Pharmaceutical Distribution Company seeking dynamic Pharmacy Sales Representatives to sell pharmacies and Medical Sales Representatives to detail doctors. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and delivering excellent customer service across both retail and medical channels. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory sales goals by promoting company products to physicians, pharmacies, and other customers.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Educate customers on the use, characteristics, and advantages of products.
  • Develop and execute plans and strategies to ensure monthly sales targets are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively present and discuss product information with customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support for all promotional activities.
  • Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to management.
  • Complete all required paperwork and procedures to support the sales process.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and contribute to team goals and sales initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of two (2) years sales experience (pharmaceutical sales experience an asset).
  • Minimum of five (5) CXC O’ Level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle in good working condition and possess a valid driver’s license.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Must be customer-focused and a team player.
  • High level of professionalism, motivation, and integrity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
