Job Title - Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities
Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
Bank reconciliation
Preparation of monthly journals
Review ,analyse and report on company expenses
Performs general data entry of journals from all areas including Accounts Receivables, Payroll, Accounts Payables, general ledger and petty cash vouchers.
Performs general maintenance of fixed asset register
Support Preparation of monthly financial reports
Must exercise confidentiality concerning financial and employee files.
Ensure the workplace is always clean and in a hygienic state, free of clutter and debris.
Must be able to work in a fast past environment and meet specific monthly deadlines.
