Position Summary 

The Caribbean Outdoor Shower Amenity Specialist is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the outdoor shower experience across the resort’s 150 his-and-hers outdoor showers. This role focuses on creating a lush, sensory, and authentic Caribbean environment through the thoughtful use of flowering plants, diverse vegetation, and fruit-producing plants, while ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities 

· Design, develop, and maintain visually appealing outdoor shower surroundings using tropical plants, flowers, and fruit-bearing vegetation 

· Ensure all 150 outdoor showers are consistently clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing 

· Select, plant, and care for flowering potted plants, native vegetation, and fruit-producing plants suitable for a coastal environment 

· Monitor plant health, irrigation needs, pruning, and seasonal replacement as required 

· Incorporate sustainable landscaping practices, including water conservation and environmentally friendly materials 

· Create a relaxing, private, and immersive Caribbean outdoor bathing experience for guests 

· Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure seamless upkeep of shower amenities 

· Identify opportunities to enhance the sensory experience through scent, texture, and natural shading 

· Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly 

Qualifications & Experience 

· Experience in landscaping, horticulture, groundskeeping, or garden design preferred 

· Knowledge of tropical plants, flowering species, and fruit-bearing vegetation 

· Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly gardening practices 

· Experience working in hospitality, resort, or guest-focused environments is an asset

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations efficiently
