This professional position has system wide responsibility for conducting prosecutions at all levels of Court, including Magistrates Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

This is a professional and managerial position which has system-wide responsibility for preparing and conducting prosecutions of serious and violent crimes, complex economic and financial crimes, at the highest level in the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.

The Supreme Court is a superior court of record. Its original jurisdiction in both civil and criminal matters is similar to that exercised by all divisions of Her Majesty’s High Court of Justice in England and the Crown Court.
