Order-Man/Ramp Assistant

Wisynco Group Limited is seeking candidates to fill the position of Order Processing/Ramp Assistant, responsible for accurately preparing customer orders, supporting loading operations, and maintaining the caging area in line with company standards for safety, security, and productivity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Processing

• Consistent maintenance of workstation presence while on the job
• Report directly to the Assignment Officer for work assignments
• Process orders completely, accurately and in a timely manner
• Communicate with Aisle Coordinators, Supervisors or Warehouse Supervisors on inventory matters
• Make all necessary indications to customer orders before submitting for further processing
• Ensure that all orders are correctly tagged and caged
• Report all matters concerning the caging of orders in their assigned area to the Assignment Officer
• Absolute compliance with the instructions of the Assignment Officer, Aisle Coordinators, Supervisors and Ramp-assistants
• Proper handling of stock and equipment
• Report any dispute to a Loading/Picking Supervisor
• Observe all restricted areas
• Absolute compliance with all company, warehouse and departmental rules, regulations and policies
• Any other duties that may be assigned

Ramp Assisting

• Consistent maintenance of workstation presence while on the job
• Report directly to the Loading Supervisors/Picking Supervisor
• Consistently monitor and maintain the aisle, cages and loading bays
• Absolute compliance with the instructions of the loading supervisors providing that such instructions comply with the loading procedures
• Advise all members of staff on procedural compliance matters related to the caging area
• Proper handling of stock and equipment
• Report any dispute to a Loading/Picking Supervisor
• Observe all restricted areas
• Absolute compliance with all company, warehouse and departmental rules, regulations and policies
• Any other duties that may be assigned
