Operator I

Operate and monitor allpackaging machines in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards. 

Perform equipment changeovers effectively within the designated time to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity. 

Manage and track the quantity and condition of tooling, change parts, and spares used on the equipment, and report any discrepancies promptly to ensureonly high-quality materials are utilized. 

Inform the Supervisor or Operator III immediately of suspected or actual equipment malfunctionsand assistin troubleshooting tofacilitatetimely repairs andminimize production downtime. 

Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity. 

Conduct comprehensive and effective shift handovers, ensuring the incoming team is fully informed of the equipment status, ongoing production activities, and any operational issues encountered. 

Completethe shift journal daily, accurately detailing the quantity and condition of tools, change parts, and spares, as well as production output, equipment performance and issuesencountered, to ensure seamless handovers, accurately account for parts and spares and maintain operational efficiency. 

Perform any other duties as required by management to support overall operational goals and ensure organizational success.
