H3 Restaurant seeks a forward-thinking Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee all functions across our canteen, restaurant, bar, and events units. This leadership role is perfect for someone who excels in systems implementation, team performance, and customer experience enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Oversee all operational departments to ensure service excellence
• • Implement and enforce operational SOPs and KPIs
• • Manage schedules, team performance, and compliance
• • Oversee cost management, inventory, and supplier relations
• • Drive customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement
• • Provide monthly performance reports to senior leadership
• • Bachelor’s in Hospitality, Business, or Operations Management
• • 5+ years of leadership experience in food service or hospitality operations
• • Strong knowledge of operational workflows, budgeting, and compliance
• • Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams
• • Working knowledge of Jamaican labour and public health laws
