Operations Supervisor and Worforce Analyst

Oversees and coordinates activities of agents providing telephone, email and other types of customer support services. We are looking for a competent person to organize and direct the agents. You will be responsible for assessing their work and giving them feedback to maximize performance.

• Strong articulation skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office application
• Excellent knowledge of customer service, sales and collections techniques.
• Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to provide leadership to personnel in a fast-paced and stressful work environment.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 year's experience in either a Supervisory or Worforce Analyst role.
