KEY RESPONSIBILITES
• Lead day-to-day operations across the entire business
• Manage all people operations — recruitment, onboarding, performance, and staff development
• Drive the sales team to hit targets and deliver a premium customer experience
• Oversee showroom presentation, inventory, supplier relationships, and stock management
• Manage the operational budget and report on business performance to Senior Management
• Build relationships with contractors, builders, and designers as key trade clients
• Ensure compliance with Jamaican health, safety, and labour regulations
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years in operations or retail management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Proven leadership, people management, and HR experience
• Strong sales understanding and data reporting skills
• Experience in home improvement, retail, or the finishes, fittings, and fixtures industry is a plus
