Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on and driven Operations Manager who is ready to roll up their sleeves and be an integral part of our startup journey. This person will work side by side with leadership to create structure, improve efficiency, and lay the foundation for sustainable growth across all businesses.
Responsibilities
Operational Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies for e-commerce, healthcare, and other business units. Coordinate with stakeholders to establish effective workflows, systems, and procedures.
Project & Process Management:
Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and support operational staff across ventures. Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment.
Resource Management:
Oversee allocation of staff, tools, and other resources across business units. Ensure effective cross-departmental collaboration and support.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Monitor performance metrics to ensure service quality and operational excellence. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations in e-commerce, healthcare, and other industries.
Client & Stakeholder Relations:
Work closely with customer service and client-facing teams to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Develop strategies to improve customer experience and business relationships.
Budget & Reporting:
Manage operational budgets across ventures. Prepare regular reports and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.
