This role also delivers excellent customer service to ensure the prompt clearance of cargo. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask are essential to efficiently coordinate and execute all duties with professionalism. Experience within the shipping industry is an asset.
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• 5 CXC passes or equivalent.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of ASYCUDA, TTBizlink, Navis.
• Knowledge of HSE and the OSH Act.
• Customer service skills.
• Team working skills.
• Sound administrative and organising skills.
• Professional disposition.
