We are seeking a motivated, results-driven individual to join our team as an Experienced Operations Managing Coach – Collections. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our Collections department, ensuring performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. You will lead and mentor a high-performing team, drive process improvements, and implement strategies to optimize collections outcomes. Your focus will be on fostering a performance-driven culture, ensuring efficient operations, and delivering results that align with organizational goals.
Lead, coach, and manage collections teams to meet and exceed recovery and performance targets.
Monitor and analyze collection trends, reports, and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce delinquency.
Manage staffing levels in alignment with the Resource Balancing Plan, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
Ensure all collection activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policy requirements.
Maintain accurate records of performance data, including productivity, quality audits, attendance, and client metrics.
Build strong client relationships by ensuring professional, results-oriented interactions.
Champion company core values and initiatives to motivate and engage employees.
Perform other related duties as required.
1–2 years managerial experience in Collections or the BPO industry.
Proven success in driving collections performance and leading teams to exceed targets.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop team capability.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to respond to challenges and change effectively.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required collection/trace licenses for all applicable jurisdictions (as required).
