Job description:

 Job Summary:

 

We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the operations of our telecommunications company's Enterprise Services division. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective operations across all aspects of the business, including service delivery, customer support, solutions design, sales performance, and revenue tracking.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the delivery of Enterprise Services to ensure that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards in the different markets.
  • Track revenue performance across the markets, working with local teams to ensure accurate forecasts are available.
  • Track individual sales performance in the markets, working with the local leads to ensure that monthly performance reviews are enforced.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Services division, tracking service delivery, customer support, and solutions design.
  • Monitor and analyse key operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, including but not limited to processes and reporting.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, product development, solutions design and finance.

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed recommendations and decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications technologies and services.
  • Experience with vendor management and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to 14 markets in the Caribbean, and attend relevant events as required.
  • The role will be based in Saint Lucia.

 

Salary and Benefits:

 

The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience, with an annual bonus based on performance.
