The Role:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the efficient execution of day-to-day activities and staff oversight in the Clarendon South operations. You’ll work closely with the Project and Operations Managers to ensure seamless shift coverage, operational efficiency, and the welfare of officers under your care.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensure shift coverage and supervise team performance.
Communicate effectively with clients and officers.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, training tracking, and EHS issue resolution.
Monitor operational metrics such as absenteeism, guard utilization, and staff recognition.
Host team meetings, provide coaching, and maintain staff morale.
Prepare reports and conduct reviews to enhance productivity and retention.
Perform any other assigned operational duties.

Able to lead with empathy while balancing operations and staff needs.
Comfortable with shift work, administrative responsibilities, and client interaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or coordination role.
Training in Supervisory Management or related field.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to work flexible hours.
Strong record-keeping skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of standard office systems and procedures.
