Operating Technician

The job holder is responsible for continuously monitoring the production line to detect machine abnormalities, product quality defects and troubleshooting machinery to maintain high equipment efficiency.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Conduct cleaning, inspection and lubrication of the line to promote asset optimization and performance.
• Consistent adherence to approved SOPs, GMP, and safety protocols in all daily operations.
• Timely and consistent presence on the machines/line
• Thorough pre-shift preparation, including equipment inspections, material readiness, and ensuring all resources are in place for efficient operation.
• Accurate execution of start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns.
• Completion of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on schedule to ensure machine efficiency and avoid unexpected breakdowns.
• Accurate data documentation and clear, timely communication during shift handovers.
• Proper care and protection of company tools and equipment to prevent damage, loss, or misuse.
• Continuous improvement of technical skills through on-the-job learning.
