Summary of Duties

The Oncology & Critical Care Sales Manager is responsible for the market development and commercial success of oncology products. Core responsibilities will include:

• Formulate and execute strategies to drive sales growth within the Oncology and Critical Care segments.
• Operate with high independence to identify new accounts and remain directly accountable for sales account creation.
• Manage relationships, ensuring our products are effectively integrated into institutional formularies and treatment guidelines.
• Seamlessly translate corporate brand strategies into field-level execution to ensure consistent market positioning.
• Leverage deep knowledge of oncological conditions and treatment protocols to provide essential patient education and support to medical practitioners.
• Analyze data to track performance, identify trends, and optimize territory results.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or relared discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years in Key Account Management within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in Oncology will be an asset
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of oncology conditions, current treatment guidelines, and hospital formulary management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Outgoing personality with the ability to work on your own initiative
• Be able to work flexible hours
• Hold a valid driver’s license and operate a reliable motor vehicle
