We are looking for a Business Intelligence Associate.

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Intelligence Associate to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, visualization, and business case support to improve performance and drive strategic initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyse business data to identify trends, insights, and performance gaps
• Prepare dashboards, charts, and visual reports using spreadsheets and BI tools
• Develop and maintain accurate, timely management reports
• Create clear presentations and executive summaries for leadership
• Support business case analysis, including ROI and scenario evaluations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools
• Solid understanding of data visualization and reporting
• Experience preparing reports, presentations, and business cases
• Ability to clearly communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage

Retail, wholesale, or multi-location business experience is a plus
