We are looking for a highly organized and professional Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Supervise and manage the daily performance of ancillary and maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness, upkeep, and smooth office operations.
Maintain accurate and organized records and filing systems for staff, office operations, and scheduled maintenance tasks.
Oversee basic budgeting activities, including tracking office expenses and reporting on budget status.
Follow up with scheduled maintenance personnel (e.g., electricians, AC technicians, pest control, plumbers) to ensure timely and proper completion of tasks.
Prepare and deliver daily operational reports to the Executive Manager.
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other business documents with strong written and communication skills.
Manage scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping for ancillary and maintenance staff.
Monitor office inventory and supplies, coordinating procurement with vendors as needed.
Provide administrative support to all managers and C-suite executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
Drive company vehicle as required for official business, errands, or site visits.
Perform additional duties assigned by the Executive Manager in support of organizational goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, supervisory, or related role.
Knowledge of filing systems and basic budgeting principles.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing staff.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong record-keeping and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license; owning a personal vehicle is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
