Office Admin and Quick Books Assistant Roles –  St. Ann

We’re seeking organized, proactive team players to help keep our office running smoothly. In these roles, you’ll support daily operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure a positive, efficient work environment. Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism and warmth

  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) and keep records up to date

  • Prepare basic reports, documents, and correspondence as needed

  • Support daily office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining office inventory

  • Coordinate with staff  to ensure smooth workflow

  • Help with data entry, formatting, and administrative tasks

  • Support team projects and assist management with routine requests

 

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable using common office software (Email, Word, Excel, etc.)

  • Positive attitude, reliability, and a customer-service mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Prior administrative experience is an asset but not always required
