ROOM DIVISION GENERAL MANAGER ASSISTANT

The Excellence Collection is looking for a Room Division General Manager Assistant for one of our properties.

 Bachelor's degree in Tourism Business Administration,
Hospitality Management, or a related field.
 Preferred: Master's degree in Hotel Management or
Food & Beverage Management.

KNOWLEDGE

 Quality Standards (AAA, LHW, Forbes, or similar).
 Management of multiple consumer centers (buffets,
themed restaurants, bars, banquets, room service).
 Strategic planning, input control, and advanced
financial analysis.
 Conceptualization of culinary experiences and
development of new concepts.
 Handling of hotel management tools and data analysis.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management
systems (PMS/ERP).
 Advanced English (90%).

EXPERIENCE

 Minimum 5 years of experience in similar positions within
luxury or large-scale all-inclusive hotels.
 Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and
managing large budgets.
